Q. How can I request an employment application?
A. Call Employers Direct at 818.575.8516 or send an email to HR@employersdirect.com.

Q. What is the recruitment process?
A. When you apply for a current opening, your resume will be reviewed for that position and screened for the minimum qualifications, years of experience, educational requirements, etc., as they relate to the position. If you match the minimum requirements, your experience will be compared to the experience of the pool of applicants who have applied for the position, and the most qualified applicants will be invited to interview. For some positions, a member of the HR team may conduct a brief telephone interview to best assess the applicant’s skills.

Q. Who will conduct the in-person interview?
A. At a minimum, you will meet with the hiring manager, possibly with an HR representative, and possibly with others who interact with the hiring manager. Depending on the position, the process can vary. You may visit Employers Direct several times, asked to take a test, or travel to another office location. This information will be communicated to you early in the process.

Q. What happens after the interview/interviews?
A. If you are the selected candidate, you will receive a verbal offer which will be followed up by an offer letter and new hire forms. All Employers Direct offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check. The HR Department works with a professional background check service to conduct the background check and can provide you with more information about this process. If, after interviewing for a position, you are not selected, you will be notified by Employers Direct’s HR Department.
